The future today

Established in 1976 to fabricate special equipment and fixtures for heat treatment furnaces, over the years, NICRO has expanded its market by opening up to new sectors, such as metallurgy, chemical and petrochemical, pharmaceutical and marine.

In 2013, the production has moved to the new premises in Vailate, that is situated 35 Km east of Milan, close to A4 and A35 highways, and within easy reach of the main airports.

The quality of the production, the experience developed over decades of activity, and a remarkable flexibility, have allowed the company to expand beyond national borders, by exporting its products in the most important countries around the world.

Thanks to continuous investments in the most updated and innovative machinery, a number of certifications attained and an ongoing professional training, Nicro can offer its customers a privileged business relationship, exploiting the experience proactively gained in the fabrication of custom made products, suitable for complex industrial projects.

Organization

A well-organized corporate structure, boasting internal procedures aimed at maximum efficiency, coordinates a production workshop equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technologies to ensure control and total quality.

The headquarters in Vailate today spread over a covered area of 9.100 m², built on an area of 20.000 m².

The workshop consists of two large area with different heights, to house the most important equipments, suitable for manufacturing large components.

The building at the back of the offices is 10 m. high, and has 3 overhead cranes carrying 6.3 tons each, for a useful height of 9.5 m. The adjacent building is 7 m. high, and has 3 overhead cranes carrying from 5 to 6,3, tons each, for a useful height of 6.5 m.

The new building across the street, dedicated to assembly and welding of large size products, is equipped with four 6.5 tons overhead cranes and 10 welding stations.

A wide semi-covered outdoor area makes easier the loading and unloading of materials. A hydraulic motor crane of 15 tons, allows handling of oversized components.
