  • Inconel 601 (Werkstoff 2.4851): resistant to oxidation and stable even under the most severe thermal cycles.
  • Nicrofer 6025 HT (Werkstoff 2.4633): capable of operating up to 1200 °C, it excels in resistance to creep and metal dusting.
  • AISI 310, 309, 309S, and 321: versatile stainless steels that guarantee heat and corrosion resistance as well as excellent weldability.

From Steel Sheet to Radiant Tube: A Production Cycle Under Control

  • Laser cutting: three state-of-the-art systems ensure millimetric precision and reduced waste.
  • Pressing and bending: thanks to research with the University of Brescia and Ecotre Valente Srl, we have developed dedicated dies for complex bends, such as those in 2P tubes.
  • Automated and robotic welding: consistent quality and uniformity even with the most complex geometries (I, U, M, P, and 2P tubes).
  • 3D CAD simulation: our technical department virtually analyzes the thermal and mechanical behavior of the tube, giving the customer advance assurance of efficiency.
